Colleague Access from Offsite Location

This document will show you how to connect to Colleague while you are at a offsite location.

Various colleague reports have the ability to download data/reports please ensure these files are kept secure and delete them once you are done using.

Prerequisites

  • Microsoft Windows 10

  • Have installed GlobalProtect VPN software (Install Virtual Private Network (VPN) software).

  • Google’s Chrome web browser.

  • Note: Colleague works best on Chrome. If you choose to use another web browser such as Firefox or Edge, you may experience poor performance. Colleague does not work with Internet Explorer.

Instructions

  1. Connect to VPN (instruction)

  2. Open your Chrome web browser.

  3. Go to the following web address for Colleague:
