Access and Usage of Network Username (DOT Account)

This instruction is only for users that have a Network Username with the format of “f.last123. Network Username is also called the “DOT” account and main purpose of this account is to differentiate the employee account from student account.

Instructions on changing Password for your Network (DOT) account

InSite Username (flast123)

To Access the following applications

You must use your InSite Username (without DOT)

Network Username (f.last123)

To Access the following applications

You must use your username (with a DOT)

InSite Username (flast123)

To Access the following applications

You must use your InSite Username (without DOT)

Network Username (f.last123)

To Access the following applications

You must use your username (with a DOT)

  • Access ALL tiles on both Student and Employee profiles.

Login to Campus Computer

Student Email (if you are enrolled in classes)

  • Your email is flast123@insite.4cd.edu

  • Access email use Email tile on InSite

Employee Email

On Campus Wi-Fi

Zoom

Canvas

  • Enrolled in a class

  • Have access to canvas course shell for any purpose

VPN from Remote Location
