Access OnBase from Offsite Location
This document will show you how to connect to District Document Imaging System (OnBase) while you are at a offsite location.
Documents scanned into OnBase contains Personally Identifiable Information (PII), please DO NOT download or store these documents on your location computer, if you absolutely need to delete them from your local computer once you are done using them.
Prerequisites
Microsoft Windows 10 OR Mac OS 10
Have installed VPN software (Install Virtual Private Network (VPN) software).
Note: OnBase works best on Firefox browser.
Instructions
Connect to VPN (instruction)
Open your Firefox or Chrome web browser.
Go to the following web address for OnBase:
. Log in using your Colleague username and password.
