Active Major

Students that have declared a specific majors. You will have a chance to choose college and one of the active majors.

Cohort

Students that have assigned to specific cohort in colleague. You will have a chance to choose college then a specific cohort

Concurrent High School Students

Students who are coded as “concurrent” in colleague. You will have a chance to choose college.

Currently Enrolled Students

Students who are currently enrolled in one or more sections. You will get an option to pick one of the colleges Or one of the center OR College plus center

Enrolled in less than “X” units

Students who are enrolled in less than X units, you will specific the value of X as well as choose a current term or a future term for which registration has started,

List of Student IDs

You can manually enter 7 digit student id’s one at a time or choose to upload csv file that has student ID.

Person Restriction From Colleague

Students with an active Person Restriction from Colleague (PERC screen). you will get an option to choose the restriction that you want to message.

SARS

Students that have appointment within SARS systems for specific date and with a specific person within SARS appointment system. You will be asked to choose an ‘office’ then provided with list of staff/counselor to choose from.

Student Outreach

Prospective students that have been entered into the Student Outreach system

Students With Reg Appointment, But Not Registered

Continuing Students who have a assigned Priority Registration date but have not registered. You will be asked to enter a date range to find students who have an registration appointment time in this date range but still have not registered by the date when this communication is sent.
