Phone System & Voicemail for part-time faculty

Part-time Faculty Voicemail

Find my Voicemail Extension:

Go to the Zoom Portal at https://4cd.zoom.us/ and authenticate using your id/password
Click on "Phone" in the left-hand column.
You will see the extension# on right.

Find/Change your Voicemail Pin:

Go to the Zoom Portal at https://4cd.zoom.us/ and authenticate using your id/password.
Click on "Phone" in the left-hand column.
scroll down on the right until you see “pin Code” as shown below

Checking voicemail:

If you are part-time faculty member, you have two options on how to check your voicemail:

Option#1 Using the zoom software on your computer or mobile device

Open the zoom app on your computer or mobile device (same software you use for zoom meetings)

Following the picture below Click on Phone icon then on Voicemail tab and now all your voicemail should be listed and you can click on each one to listen to the voicemail.

Option#2 calling in and listen to your voicemail messages:

- Choose option 9 then when prompted key in your Extension (it should start with a 7 and be 6 digits long)
- You will hear your default greetings (Video on changing default greetings) Choose option 2
