How To Clear Cache / Fix SSO Error

If you are getting SSO Errors from Portal Guard, or missing certain tiles. There are a couple of reasons why This might be happening. Use this procedure to clear your browser or phone cache to help display what you expect on the app, or webpage.

From a Cell Phone: Sometimes the Insite App will time out after an hour or so, when using some functions.  We recommend that you sign out of the App and sign back in to reset the timeout.  Also, when signing into the app.  There is an option to select “remember me” on the login page.  When this is selected, you should be able to extend the intervals of how often you need to re-sign into the app.

If you are unable to see the tile please try the following.
