The purpose of this document is to provide alternative solutions other than EMAIL when requesting files/data that contain confidential/sensitive data from ANYONE. Standard email is not secure and should NOT be used to transmit confidential/sensitive information. We can request file(s) securely from students and external partners using the “Request files” feature of SharePoint/Teams and OneDrive. See BP xx.xx Data Classification procedure to identify confidential/sensitive data.
